Resolution Guidelines
- Minor conflicts (15+ minutes gap): Usually acceptable
- Moderate conflicts (5-14 minutes gap): Consider alternatives
- Major conflicts (<5 minutes gap): Strongly recommend reassignment
- Click "Find Alternative" to see available teachers for replacement
- Use "Allow Conflict" only when no reasonable alternative exists
